okay it means that economically you are more liberal, which means you favor *more* governmental oversight in the economy, ie more regulation of business. that also means you probably favor somewhat higher taxes and therefore more government programs such as free healthcare/daycare/higher education. basically the idea that society would benefit if more of people's money was collected by the government and used to fund programs that benefit everyone.

then on the social issues you were also a little to the left although really close to being a centrist. basically meaning you favor *less* government involvement in the personal lives or morals of citizens. so you might be ok with gay marriage, abortion, etc and for example would strongly object to violations of 1st amendment rights by the gov't. but you were pretty moderate in that area, so it might mean you favor civil unions for gays or abortions only in the first trimester or something.

just a general idea, sorry for the rant
