I've changed to the tennis on SBS in the hopes that when I flick back, they'll be onto the uneven bars or something cool like that, rather than aimlessly prancing and leaping around on the floor.

This Chinese guy was throwing himself around like mad. And then he messed up an easy bit... he'll be kicking himself.

I live with compulsive channel-flickers. This has been known to cause great confusion when I only glance at the TV every five minutes.
