It was my mom's pre-op today. It was kind of upsetting. I was aware of the risks, but hearing them all laid out for you...that kinda makes it real.

The interview is for a job that I don't really want all that badly. If I were offered it, and nothing better came up in the meantime, I'd think about taking it, but I'm not really all that concerned about it.

And of course, since I don't want it, it went very well. The way it always goes...

I should hear in the next week or so. I'm hoping it's not too soon though. I'd like to see what happens with the ones I really do want.

Thanks Drea Oh, and btw (not that it really matters, because the odds of me 1) getting offered the job and 2) actually accepting it are pretty slim, but if I did get it, I'd be in Thornhill for a week for training at the end of the month. That's another minus - it's a really inconvenient time for me to be away.
