People jacking up the $$$$ on tickets

I was on Craig's List looking for tickets and there's people on there trying to sell GA tickets for $600 and upwards. I wish there was someone on U2's legal team we could call to go after these people. Maybe if they had a "Turn in a scalper, get the tickets for face value' program. That'd be cool.
