Regardless, the DVD buzz, the tour, OOTS video commercial, and the relatively fast start that OOTS is off to on radio should be enough to get HTDAAB back into the BB Top 200 this week. If U2 gets enough high profile Grammy nominations, this may be the beginning of a sustained run for the album that could last through Christmas, and then any big Grammy awards could result in a 3rd and likely final run for HTDAAB in February.
The other factor could be a hit single, but U2 have done virtually nothing to promote radio play, and while they may get to the top of the charts on Triple A Rock radio, that won't do anything for sales. OOTS would have to cross over to mainstream radio, which is sadly a longshot, to have an impact on album sales. Time will tell, though, and stranger things have happened.
I will at least make a prediction for HTDAAB this week: #174 on the BB Top 200. Is that too optimistic?

@edge3: What are the last official sales figures you have?
USA: 2,890,000 (what is the last official figure?)
UK: 1,192,000 (is that true?)
Japan: 242,764 (last news we had)
World: 8.188.000 (from mediatraffic)
