Sounds like Salome outtake-like babbling. Almost "Bongolese". Nearly incoherent. On that note, I always felt like Walk to the Water and Luminous Times sounded like that too. As well as Smile and several other B-sides or unreleased songs.

In other words, there was probably a good reason they weren't on the official album. Probably weren't finished.
