Zoo Sation: what is Bono saying/mumbling?

Hey U2 fellows I need some help. Does anybody here know what is Bono saying in Zoo Station? I mean, after the first "It?s all right, it?s all right,..., hey babe, hey babe,..., it?s all right" Bono says/mumbles some words/sentences that I can?t understand, and he keeps doing it during the whole song. I would aprecciate any help. Thanks
