I love the album.

I am a little disappointed I didn't hear this part anywhere, though, it was my favorite pre-album hype clip.

Anyone hear it?

I'm hoping it is on the followup containing the rest of the material they recorded.

hah! now I genuinely appreciate this post (if you dig around other threads, I've been mentioning that "larryinstudio" was my favorite U2.com clip over the last year because of the music). One person mentioned that he thought it was morphed into "Crazy Tonight." But my theory is that "larryinstudio" reveals Mercy in its reworked form. I really, really hope they've used it for something.

I dunno how this album didn't turn out to be everything I was hoping. All the pieces were definately there...

In case anyone's wondering, here are the U2.com clips that feature music not heard on the album:
http://media.u2.com/flash/highlights/adambass.swf (Some sort of intro with a lot of electronic samples, no idea what the song is)
http://media.u2.com/flash/highlights/larryinstudio.swf (Already mentioned in this thread, brief clip of extremely ambient sounding track)
http://media.u2.com/flash/highlights/dallas.swf (Two and a half minute clip of instrumental piece)
http://media.u2.com/flash/highlights/enoskeys.swf (Small clip of another ambient piece, could just be experimentation)
http://media.u2.com/flash/highlights/motorcycle.swf (38 seconds in - Glockenspiel riff)
http://media.u2.com/flash/highlights/buzzard.swf (Different intro for Crazy Tonight)
http://media.u2.com/flash/highlights/FatherBrianEnoDrums.swf (Either a different break section or different intro for Magnificent)
http://media.u2.com/flash/highlights/larrystuff.swf (Clip of band playing earlier version of Stand Up Comedy)
U2.com | Highlights (Clips of two jams from Morroco)
U2.com | Highlights (Different guitar parts for Magnificent, more different sounding stuff from Crazy Tonight)

That's BC#5=Crazy Tonight, but it was re-written in the last few days in London and made into a cheesy pop song that's on the album.
IMO that version was better, but what you gonna do, it's U2, always changing and rewriting
Is it really? Damn...the 5th beach clip was the only one I never heard...

I wanted to hear this one so badly. I loved this clip.......Reminded me of Zoo Station
Yeah, me too. I hope we can get to hear the whole thing at some point.

Beach Clip 5/CT was always a cheesy pop song. At least they took out the meandering whoa whoa whoas.

It kinda sounds like an early idea for the Magnificent intro. The beat/song part that kicks in very briefly at the end def sounds like Mag.

I wonder what was going on with those instrumental youtube clips posted a while back too..they were quite convincing IMO.
