I'm trying to count to 10 and cool off after attempting to speak to a rather rude woman at SDI. It took me all freaking day to get thru to them only to be greeted by someone who was a bitch, rude, cold AND to top things off the line was disconnected when I was in mid sentence!! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
