Realized that it isn't worth the effort anymore. There are so many others that care, I am going to stop focusing on the one that doesn't.

I spoke to the head PR lady and she told me she'd call me back by 5 p.m. your time. That was an hour and a half ago. That makes me mad.

It's ok. In happier news, the health inspector and the licensing department both came to my daycare site today, unannounced, and told me how impressed they were with what I have done! That makes me incredibly happy!

What did I just do? Smiled!
