U2 Piano Tribute? EXPLAIN PLEASE!

I was MySpacing, and I found that link. It has four songs (Streets, With Or Without You, All I Want Is You and New Years Day) set completely to piano. Can someone tell me if this is a real CD I can get? I need an explanation because I am definitely in LOVE with these!

I just went looking for it on iTunes, and I found a string tribute, a bluegrass one and a Gregorian chant one (yeah wow) but no piano.
