I never was that impressed with Boy- and i git in when it was originally relesed...except pretty much IWF & OOC which i thought were brilliant, but i kept on buying their stuff !

because a music editor i respected RAVED about there live {lodon 80} performance and 2 of the things i care most about in live shows Connect w Adience and Anthemic songs.

with OCt i amazed by I threw a Brick nd prob 2 others I've forgotten for now

It was WAR that really cemented it for me Musically...with so much great & then superb songs......

SO I'd suggest War first if you haven't gotten it yet.

has anyone seen the 1983 US Festival boot, the one where Bono climbs the stage thats like 80 feet up? that would have been a perfect time to sing "I can see for miles!"

I can't beleive that.....well I am one the more raving WHO fans from pre-tommy days. BUt I can't belive somehow I missed them (u2) snipping "I can see4....." at may 21 nyc show.....

i didn't know it till i went to see the set list the next day!!
