because of the green tea. Tried another tea with the same effect. Not ready to give up my coffee it seems.

wish I still belonged to a gym. I fell asleep last night 10 minutes into watching the bowflex video so I'm not sure I'm using it right


it's not good to do it cold turkey I've done it I will drink black coffee occasionally
