ONE love, blood, life
It's my bro's.
He's without a doubt the best songwriter to put a face in on these boards (dudeman). Ok, let me correct that, he's one of the best songwriters I've ever heard. Yes, I'm biased. We share blood. And lord knows we've spilt it on one another many a time.
That's what brothers do. They toughen each other up. The fat lip, the broken ego, and the black eye.
And he's very humble. And very talented with the music and such. The music & such.
Lets start with a song from my wedding. Yes, Craig, this is now a song from my wedding. It's not your's anymore! It's owned by the ears who heard it in that time and space and jumped up and down. It's got memory.
1-2-3 Go!- The Victors
A garage rock romp.

And let's follow that up with a U2 cover. An amazing cover from last years failed U2 covers contest. People actually thought this was just a vocal over a poached backing track. Nope. One dude. Playing everything. You'll notice, it's based on the live Zoo TV arrangement, with the lead guitar signature played by a piano, and Swervedriver playing the rest of the song. What you have here, is someone who adores this tune, doing it justice. The best U2 cover Interference has ever had the privelge to be associated with. (An AAC file)

Mimosa- CMS
A sonic assault. Guitar fans rejoice. Ripping rock tune. Yes. All one dude. That's a drum machine.

Of All The Things… The Four Saints
Early, early tune. Wonderful melody. Boo Radleys influence throughout. He even works in the lyric “everything’s allright forvever.” Love the sudden end…then the reprise. Peira does an nice background vocal, kinda gels the whole thing.

More to come.
Post your best from this board's members. This should be an ace thread of amazing original, local music.
