this thread is such a great support group. it needs to be restarted. i'm surprised no one got there before me.

20 bucks at the used store yesterday got me:
rancid - time bomb single
the postal service - give up
TKO punch drunk comp
cockney rejects - flares'n'slippers and unheard rejects

Not a CD, but I felt guilty leaving my boyfriend alone for the weekend, so I bought AC/DC's Family Jewels DVD set and left it on the counter for him to discover when he got home from work. They are his favorite band, and he has every album, but he has none of their DVDs.

Coldplay - Parachutes

Not for me, I've got it already. Obviously.

But just to complete Miss imp13's collection.

Bedouin Soundclash - Sounding a Mosaic
Elvis Costello - My Aim Is True
The Damned - Machine Gun Etiquette
Gang Of Four - Entertainment
(last 3 are definitely classics I need to catch up on!)

I am such a pop whore these days.

Natasha Bedingfield - 'Unwritten'
Barenaked Ladies - 'Maybe You Should Drive'
Various - '46664 The Mandela Concerts Vol 1, 2 and 3'

I just bought Global A Go-Go by Joe Strummer and the Mescaleros and the Essential Clash

Green Day - American Idiot
Simple Plan - Still Not Getting Any

Both for the oldest mini fah

"Mom, don't worry I won't sing the 'f' word when they sing the 'f' word"

I just got the Stones' Voodoo Lounge yesterday (I've already heard it tons of times, but I only now own it). I now have 23 fucking Rolling Stones albums, and I'm still not done yet.

Coldplay - X&Y *runs and covers*

Why run and cover? Stand tall and proud with me, the raving Coldplay lunatic.

That is such a great song!
If I could find her album for a reasonable price and without that Copy Control Crap, I'd buy it. Alas, it has that Copy Control Crap here. :|

Chemical Brothers - 'Singles: 93-03' (2 cds)
Public Enemy - 'Power To the People and the Beats: Public Enemy's Greatest Hits'

arcade fire-funeral
secret machines-now here is nowhere
sufjan stevens-come on feel the illinoise!

these are all brilliant cds. i can listen to all three over and over again all the way through. favorites in order of album, rebellion (lies), sad and lonely, and john wayne gacy jr.
