Sitting behind the stage???

I have a pretty decent offer to purchase tickets behind the stage. It will be right in the (behind Larry) middle, 1st row of the upper deck. I was offered $125 for each ticket (friends and I purchasing 4) and was wondering what people thought of those have sat behind the stage. The only thing I'm worried about is the sound and the curtain of lights that come down during the show. Help please. Thanks.

The curtains are not there the whole time. From what I saw.. the behind the stage seats were great.
