I'd just like to add that this entire e-bay thing where they actually enforce New York state law...
... meaning i'm basicly shit out of luck when it comes to bidding on MSG tickets for May... so I either have to trade (not likely) or pay rediculous prices from brokers.
Someone from Jersey can bid whatever they want for a ticket to a show in NYC, but I can only bid up to a certain... low... number. How does this make sense?
New York restricts its residents from bidding higher than face value (plus fees) plus the greater of 20% of the ticket price or $5.00 for tickets to events taking place in New York.
