I only had one fee for college and that's 1050 euro a year...
I paid registration and the fall semester fees, came to $2500 total. Then add $1500 of Health Insurance and $800 a month for housing. And this is just for the fall term.

You can't unless you have a proper job, a certain amount of income and proof of funds, etc etc.
