Hi Weldy! what have you been up to then?

Hmm I went to the following places:

1. Went to a gas station so that my dad could fill up the gas tank

2. Went to a Rent a Center (Place where stuff could be rented) so that my dad could pay this week's payment

3. Went to a costume shop to get my costume.

4. Went out to lunch/dinner (Culver's is the place....Midwest thing)

5. Went grocery shooping

6. Went to Borders so that I could get the new Rolling Stone with Bono on the front cover.

That's about it.....I'm going out tomorrow for church and going to a mall to turn in and get a couple more applications.

I had a nice day, thanks for asking. I got some organizing done in my apartment that I just haven't had time for, so I'm happy about that. I also got onto Gorman's streaming audio tonight, which is the first time I could get on it, so I'm very happy tonight!

Dazz!!! Thank you. They are playing Gloria right now...I LOVE LOVE LOVE this song!!! It's the song that got me into U2 in the first place!!!

Axver posted up the setlists for the very 2 first full u2 shows I ever saw -- Radio City Music Hall dec 84 & MSG ? May ?July 85...

Gloria was played at BOTH shows and I don't remember it...actaully i hardly remember ANYTHING>>..music-wise at the shows


RCMH.....i DO remember us getting up and cheering and dancing to most of the songs...I just can't actually 'hear' them in my head , tho... i remeber being annoyed we weren't closer. I remember i think Bono going off stage and up the right aisle for a bit....

MSG was a little more complicated. My sis was NASTILY ill with ???............not contagious....woozy? had to drink something every10 mins........ I can't remember whether she went to the doc back then...must ask....
some years later...the symptoms partially looked like a diabetic semi-shock, but she {thank goodness DOESN't have that}....

so I have very little mems.... i was VERY excited for them~~~ getting to play their First Time at the big ole 'you've made it now, baby!!! MSG!---in between worry for my sis............

the one MSG memory i have and wrote down was....Bono taking a spotlight and swirling it around the areana...but faster & Faster...I eneded up in half and trance..I had to pull my self outta it when i felt the topppp of my head was lifting off from my skull {funny...exact same feeling i started to get when one dental specialist gave me laughing gas }

My big fat 2000 word essay isnt due for a while, its a coursework piece so, they never rush you. The 800 word on has to be done for next monday though, I'm going to start it tomorrow to try and get it out of the way

i appreciate what you say Dazz! I read lots of stuff too&i feel as if i've self educated myself with loads of stuff, but a lot of the time my memory fails me too actually which is such a pain this is the thing that keeps buggin me cos so many people can just quote books, facts, info etc in the course of convo but i struggle at times just trying to remember the name of someone i read about you see but it doesn't mean i don't know about it or am not keenly interested cos i am.......


I am going on now! anyway, i frquently read newspapers like The Times&Guardian, etc(Broadsheet/qualitys over here), books&mags and pay attention to the news but always it's as if i can't remember it very well

He like had a girlfriend, and then I found out that they split up, but now I have a sneaking suspicion that theyre back together again. crapness.

He was talking to me on msn too, which was cool and we were talking for around half an hour something like that...and he gave me the cutest smiley in the world. ever. ...plus he randomly hugged me in college yesterday...aswell as punched me the day before....yar, its all good

I sometimes get cramps...but mostly I feel nasous in the bottom part of my stomach...but both usually on the first day or two. Other PMS symptoms are Anal Leakage, Gassyness and me looking like this: and acting like this:

That's what I usually go through when I'm on my peroid...but lately I had a craving for ice cream...something I NEVER go through when I'm PMSing....I usually eat MORE food generally when I'm like this.

Su, you could take a literacy course....might help your skills a bit, and make you feel better ...you're obviously an intelligent person reading newspapers that you do...ive bought the guardian once or twice...but I hate Rupert Murdoch so The Times is kind of out of the question

funny...as i have done my u2fav song lists ...i find beauty/uplift songs win out by a just few shades over the sexy & more fast-pacedones song favs...

so for me it's usually something like

1] The 3 sunrises
2] COBL
then.......
3]EBTTRT
4]Do you Feel Loved [ok that's mid-tempo, but not as slow- tempoed as Drowning Man & Surrender> both probably in my top 10 or 15 of their songs....
5]UTEOTW [mid-tempo]
