Well, after a day free of showings, there was one scheduled for 11-12... the people showed up but only looked at downstairs :madspit: The real estate office only gave me a couple hours' warning at most, too - I got up around 10:15, and the message was on there about the 11am appointment - and it WASN'T there when I checked my messages before I went to bed last night at 2am!! The only message was for a showing at 2, so if I disappear between 2-3, that's why ;)
