While I *can* move mountains, I cannot make a stupid little green line move. I've yet to resort to screaming at it, but I'd hope that would not be neccessary.

I found a second mic port, by my speakers. Sadly, all I apparently record is silence. Maybe my headphones are incompatible.
As long as there's a good return policy, I think I'll get the mic..and perhaps harass the tech guy
