I uploaded some pics from Perth I today, but I was back at the mixing desk and basically have lots of shots of the claw being different colours. *L*

I wish now I'd taken the chance to get an outer rail spot, which I could have done, but I had some harebrained idea that I wanted to see everything from further back, one last time... The claw does look incredible from that vantage point, but for myself at least, I have more fun when I'm in the pit and surrounded by fans who are really getting into it.

But I was obviously in the pit for the next night...

How was your Christmas night at Kat's? (I thought you mentioned going to her dad's, but I must have remembered wrong, duh).

I don't adjust well, going from periods of being super busy to having nothing to do. If I had a job, I'd want to go back to work today. It's too damn cold to go out and do anything...

Went to my aunts yesterday afternoon/evening( Mum's sister ). Saw a couple of my cousins, and my Uncle and my cousin Matthew's little girl was there. ( She is nearly 2 ). OMG!!! She is hilarious. I had hold of her and she was eating some bread that was buttered. Well eating is an exaggeration, she was scraping the butter of the bread and licking it off her finger. I kept asking her if she wasn't going to eat the bread. She was "No."

So, I was talking to her and next thing I know I have a piece of bread in my mouth. She'd shoved the bread in my mouth. I could barely eat it for laughing. I was then telling my 2 aunts about this and little Evelyn crammed the remaining bread in my mouth. It was hilarious. Kids.

Aw, that's adorable! My niece's boys are 11 and 9 now. Sarah spent quite a while Christmas evening attempting to play a game with the younger one. She was kind of pissed off that he kept changing the rules and drew out a game that should have been 15 minutes long to about two hours. She doesn't like children, they freak her out. She was a good sport about it, though.

It was good. We had a good laugh and catch up. I did slip over on the walk home. 5th time this year in 6 months.

Ouch for falling! Hope you didn't hurt yourself! I fall *all the damn time* in winter, it's awful. And I should be used to it, with our winters. I feel like an uncoordinated klutz.

By Wednesday, I'll be used to doing nothing again.

Glad you had fun with Kat! Have you seen Craig? Not sure if he had to travel to see his family, or if he just went for the day.

We still have barely any snow here.

I've been eating too much the past few days, and I feel kind of gross. I think I got my weight in chocolate for Christmas this year.

That same 9 yr old, we were all in the kitchen and there were a dozen different conversations going on, and all of a sudden I heard him saying something about "teenage cream." I looked at my niece and was all "omg, that sounds like a porn title, I think you need to restrict his internet access." Turns out, as Sarah was telling me later, he was talking about having the ability to change any song title to something food related, and this was a song by Katy Perry, or something? I don't even know.

Awww that's cute

She is a cutie. She took some bells off my aunts Christmas tree too and was jumping around ringing them. She comes over to me and gives the bells to me so I'm sat ringing these bells, then gave her one back and we rang the bells together and sang "Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star" together. Makes me want a baby, she is so adorable.
