Mmmmm, I just got a pair of pants straight out of the dryer.
Toasty.
Toasty.
Should be easy enough...he's gone from a Median Barrier to a small judder bar.....
How far away do you live from the ocean?
It's questions like this that make me truly appreciate living in the part of NZ I do (same as Ian), that we have two different oceans on two different coasts, both within easy driving distance

It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive to the Pacific Ocean beaches from Seattle. It's only going to be about 70 there, but I didn't go last year, and I love walking up and down the smooth beach, wading in the (cold) surf.
I know! But on the randomness scale, that was like a 9 and a half. It's cold!
But less so now
I can go to polluted eastern beaches or drown on the west coast beaches
Islands FTW?
I'm about 1/2 hour to an ocean (Pacific)
Sounds like a good way to end the week cori!

See, a two and a half hour drive to the beach is insane to me. It's about an hours lazy walk to the nearest decent beach to me. If that.
It's nice to be FINALLY getting a decent student discount.
There are a few decent beaches in Seattle itself, one in my neighborhood, that are on the shores of the bays of Puget Sound, but it's not the same.
Plus, I love driving on beautiful days - windows down, music cranked, singing at the top of my lungs .... good times. But it would pretty much be an all-day excursion.
If I stayed home I'd probably just hang out and read all day. Which I can do Saturday and Sunday before heading back to work.

The hideously stinky Waikato river is a 2 minute drive from my house. It's so brown and foul. My kids freak thinking about the Aucklanders drinking it!!
I think a trip to the Pacific Northwest is calling you, Ian.
OK, I'm going to bed.
Later, people.
It sounds like a plan! Or more of a plan than the drawings on napkins I call plans so far.

It's perfectly pleasant once it's been run through all manner of purifiers, including the one in my fridge.
Now, go and put more petrol in the car. My road could do with resurfacing again.
