My Vegas drink is usually a White Russian in the evening and bloody marys in the morning / afternoon. Mix in an occasional (real) beer now and then.

Anyone try an Irish Carbomb?
Drop a shot of Bacardi 151 into a pint of Guinness and chug. It's quite tasty.

I haven't had that rather a shot of Bailey's dropped into a pint of Guinness. Yum.

You are correct. My head is still foggy from getting out of Dodger Stadium last night. I apologize for my error. There's several variations, here is one:

3/4 pint Guinness® stout
1/2 shot Bailey's® Irish cream
1/2 shot Jameson® Irish whiskey

Add the Bailey's and Jameson to a shot glass, layering the Bailey's on the bottom. Pour the Guinness into a pint glass or beer mug 3/4 of the way full and let settle. Drop the shot glass into the Guinness and chug. If you don't drink it fast enough it will curdle and increasingly taste worse.
