Maybe U2 figured those seats were just too damn high for behind the stage seats.

there still appears to be about 10,000 seats in the system, all expensive $250 seats a mile away from the stage, did all the NY and Boston shows completely sell out before the added a 2nd gig later...starting to feel as if demand is done, and most likely only be one gig

Well, now you can't pull up multiples anywhere, not even the $250's.
U2.com now lists Oakland as "sold out". (Even though there are still multiples available in the 2nd Level for $250.)
i have a feeling they will release those mt. davis tickets 1 month in advance of the show and sell them for $10. i mean, why not?
The views from those seats would be pretty awful -- they're on a very steep pitch.
