My Solid green 519 have black arms, and blak clip. I think the emerald 519 had too, and the brown 519 for sure.
And don't remember for the purples, but i think so, even though they are the ones i saw the less..
 
Just to let you all know...I havent sppoken to the badger for a while. I think something may be wrong. Lets just hope everything is ok.
 
Yeah, he usually checks up on this web and says something...

BTW, I was walking through a mall with my friends and I saw the Versace 2040! I tried them on... I liked them a lot...

Yeah no post here since a few days, but no news about any shades...

I hope Badger is OK too, because it's strange that we have no news of him just when he said he received new blue armanis...

Not suggesting anything here, badger is a very nice bloke, just noticed that...
 
Yeah I noticed that too..

I went to the armani store today and they sold NOTHING red....

They said to call one of the emporio armani stores which is not even in my state, so I will have to make a call...
 
i just called the armani call center and ask about the new colors.
the girl said that there are some colors made only for bono (like the orange and the ones of the saints video), and they will not be on sale in near future.
only avaible colors remain the old ones.
that's for now...for the distant future she doesn't know yet.
if you want to make a call: +3902723181...they will speak english for sure.

so if badger knows anything that even the armani staff doesn't know he could share it whit us. or maybe he has a sample one that it's not on sale, and he could not tell that.
if he said he has the blue ones, i trust him.

so i think that maybe new colors will be on sale in mid 07...just my opinion.

Hope everyone is having a safe holiday this year.
I also just wanted to let you all know I havent heard from the badger in a long time. Seems like he had surgery & was staying at his moms for a while. Since then he hasnt returned one of my phonecalls nor does he come onto interference.
I know you were all probably wondering about the blue armanis. Well, yes, they are blue, but...he didnt buy them like that...he had a specialist color them. I dunno what type of paint or materials the guy used...but what I do know..is that the specialist completely screwed up his pair of shades & cant put them back together.
Another funny thing I wanted to mention...is that he has my friends & my denim jackets that he claims hes painted to look like Bono's D&G grey jacket he wore at the book signing. This is beginning to concern me due to the fact that....well, let me back up here a second. I really do feel bad for the guy that he had surgery. He is a good friend of mine....but not to return any of my phonecalls for over 2 months knowing that he has 2 jackets, one of the not even being mine...I just think its plain rude. Any comments ?
Perhaps we should send out a search party? LOL

Ok now for the newest...badger called me 10 minutes after that post...sz he had cancer & spent 11 days in the hospital. I feel like shit about my last post...but I really thought he was suffering depression & deliberately cut ties with everyone.
This turned out to be a really strange and depressing christmas for me. I know I really shouldnt be venting in interference. Its just this is my second christmas since my seperation/divorce, my 4 y/o daughter is 75 miles away, and its really bringing me down. Again I hope everyone has a great holiday this year~

I really hope now that badger is okay now..

I just got back from vac. and while I was there, I ended up spotting Bono's D&G glasses which were wayyy over priced there and I ended up seeing his Fly shades (not the ZOO TV ones)...Those were wayyy to big for me..

I hope everyone has been having atleast a decent christmas now :hug:

Thanx guys I appreciate it. Sometimes I can get a little ill-tempered on here...but Im not trying to use that as an excuse. It got me banned from the Vertigo bootleg section,but thats a whole other story I'd rather not get into. (you know how these mods are). Anyways, I was talking to Joey (Badger) for 15 minutes today. He told me he'll be online Tuesday afternoon. I hope he gets better.

then please don't bring it up. this thread is not the place for this. in fact, the forums aren't a place for this. if you have a problem with mod policy, or with you being banned, then you need to pm that mod. unless you're trying to get yourself banned from the entire forum, that is. and trash talking us doesn't help either. and don't tell me that isn't what you're doing here, because i highly doubt you're implying that "you know how these mods are" means we're so nice.
