Name 2 Bands...

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

Beatles @ Shea Stadium
Zeppelin @ Royal Albert Hall

Cobain be damned.
I was thinking of Queen during their early days or at Live Aid as well. My mum saw Queen open for another band in the local town hall

The Beatles and The Velvet Underground.

In close second, Nirvana and Rage Against the Machine. Fuck Audioslave.

THE CLASH! (or even the Mescaleros  December is such a sad :censored: month ) I'm usually not a fan of bootlegs but can't get enough of their live recordings.
The Pogues (During the Rum Sodomy or If I Shall Fall...era)

the pogues are coming to the US in march-ish. so they're still around, in whatever form. i think shane is with them, though.

the clash
the beatles when they were still a 5-piece? can't really think of a #2.

I've read about that, also about a St. Patrick's day show, so I guess technically I shouldn't include them but somehow, having seen videos from them at top form I always consider them dis-banded after Hell's Ditch (or even before that record).

queen
the boo radleys

have to mention led zeppelin, the beatles and QUICKSAND as well:ohmy:
