I had an Eterna for awhile. I do not still have it. If it had a tone knob, it would be much better. Intense high treble.

Did you have this version? Seems this one is an updated version.

No. I had the old version. It still sounds teeth freezing in the highs. It actually sounds brighter in this video than it did in person with relation to the base tone. And there is still not a tone knob for the shimmer. So yeah. There are many pedals that do better shimmer and for cheaper (like the Verbzilla).

Blue sky pedal is nice too, albeit a bit costly. For a little more you can get an m13 that has Octo and particle verb

Exactly. And I don't mean to talk down about Mr. Black as his Deluxe and Supermoon pedals are fantastic. And I've heard from people that the chorus and both boosts are fantastic as well. This one just unfortunately is a tone knob away.
