Long distance relationship

this is my first post here!
I was reading a lot of yeats when i wrote this.........

When fall sheds its feathered cloak,
and rids the walk of naked feet
Across a sea of sand and oak,
my heart expands to fill the void.

You crossed the sea and left me here,
with my companions love and fear.
The vast expanse of my heart
Perilous road and mountain peak
Still not touching, far apart

Love fades into the sand and talk
Lighting fires across the sea.
Alien ground to you and me.
Hold on tight to the fire dear one,
don't let the fall's chill through the door
With that love that yesterday shone
I rip in two over the land apart.

Singing songs to pictures of us,
pushing the lines of fidelity and trust.
Was ours the love you always craved
Over valleys, plains and fields of fire

To stay my ground, to be called brave
I give my love to all who pass
Remembering kisses of hundred fold

When no one stirs the house grows cold
