I'm still trying not to think about the 40,000 people on the floor but, how on earth are we all going to find each other in that crowd?

Just saw your video from Anaheim. If the soundboard is that close to the stage, I might tolerate it since this is my only GA (although the call of the leather up close still lingers...)

I plan to get as close as I can. If it gets too much, I can drop back.

I had joked about wearing blue ribbons for identification. Maybe I'll just fashion a nametage that reads 'Blue Craic'. That ought to embarrass my husband.

I like the idea of identifying Interference users with a ribbon at the concert; however, I am not sure where I would get the ribbon (the nearest Wal Mart is an hour away!!!) Perhaps, a badge or name tag of some sort?

Dumb question: How many ppl are there in GA at other shows? I have NO conceptualization when it comes to numbers so is 40,000 a lot more than were in GA for say, Oakland, Anaheim, Rose Bowl, Phoenix?

I'm not sure, but I think I heard somewhere that the average number in GA was usually about 10,000.

Still, that sounds like such a huge number of people!

In Winnipeg there were 14,000 on the floor and about the same in Edmonton.
Each GA is different, so I am excited to see this and it's just more like a festival, less like a Stadium...I kinda like that!!
