Cell company employees are not exempt! Over Christmas, I ordered phones for a few friends through an employee plan. What should happen is that each friend receives their own bill. What did happen is that I received all their bills under two different accounts (me = ).
Last month, I spend nearly an hour with customer care to get it all straightened out. Apparently, the person helping me was cutting corners. This month, I still get the bills - but in an even more confusing order.
I had to call customer care again. This time, I got someone at customer care who understood what happened and was willing to spend the time to correct the situation. After another hour, we get it all sorted out. The bills will go to the correct people.
I even asked for the customer care guy's supervisor so I could report what a great job he did.
