4/50 on mine. Exactly what it deserves.
I'm extremely tempted to include it in my Top 5 but it will probably be more like Top 10 or 20 though cos there's too much competition!
So definitely no live material? I can't sneak Dire Straits' Alchemy on my list?
Actually I don't see what the big deal is about including official live releases. Bootlegs, okay I agree to leave them off but... official material should be okay, right? especially if somebody prefers them to the studio albums? For example: Somebody may prefer Live at Leeds to Tommy.
What say, El Mel?
Oh, by the way - are soundtracks okay if all the songs are by the same artist?
To be honest, the only compilation that I would be tempted to include is "Louder Than Bombs" - in my mind, it is the single finest disc that The Smiths ever produced, which is really saying something.
I think all of their albums are better than both of those compilations.
My initial list is 105 albums long.... Me? Indecisive?
As a heads up, my list will seriously disappoint all you music geeks out there...
We've come to expect constant disappointment from you.

I whittled mine down from 95. Many, many great albums were left behind.
...more will be chopped because I'd rather have it more diverse than 3 U2 albums, 3 Radiohead albums, etc.
You betcha.
Btw guys, here's a tip. If you feel about leaving out a whole bunch of great albums, why not just make a Top 100 or Top 150 or whatever. And then simply submit the Top 50 part of it. Keep your original list though and look at it every now and then to celebrate your impeccable taste in music. This way you're not really excluding any albums. You're welcome.
-I chose In Rainbows as my 3rd Radiohead album with OK and Bends. It surprised me that I think of it that highly. Not sure if I'll cut one of the 3 or not.
OK, IR and Thief are my three...
