Inauguration Setlist Party - Part II

The friendliest place on the web for anyone that follows U2.

WIth all those tv's around the stage, it would have been king if they played Zoo Station and the Fly. Drop a couple trabants from above.

BTW: I have never seen Bono so excited in my life, I looked like a kid in a candy store

Totally, he looked so happy

So a friend of mine called me right before Pride started to tell me he just broke up with his girlfriend... so I missed it and only heard COBL! Hopefully it will be on YouTube soon.

And probably emotion, too.

But still, great performance, I had goose bumps. :)

To be honest, I did too. Sloppy as hell, but moments like that ridiculously cracked "what happened to the beauty I had inside of me" was very vulnerable and sweet.

Come on, I'm one who thinks that they play One too much......but this is a great event for it.

It's too bad Bono just can't hit those high notes in Pride anymore. And the sound mix was terrible. I could barely hear The Edge.

However, in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter. And I loved Bono's coat and scarf.

YAAY! Bruce & Pete!

Wow! I'm blown away!

"A Palestinian dream!" Who else would have the GUTS to say something like that? THIS is the man Bono hasn't felt like he could be while Nixon, er I mean, Bush was in office! I'm so moved...

And I loved his antics. His voice wasn't quite right, but the theatrics more than made up for it!
