Well I don't make them but I just asked dreamoutloud13 about that. I do have quite a few saved though. I don't have very many animated ones tho so I'm always looking for good ones of those.

And that's pretty funny about cop Bono winning out over half naked Bono. So did you do the post yet?

VirtualDub to take caps from video files (it's a free program!)
Jasc PaintShop Pro for all image editing
Animation Shop 3 for all animating
