it had been so long since i'd last listened to it, the quintessential U2 rocker...and oh my god...that solo...that amazing solo :drool:
 
Easily the highlight of the Vertigo Tour. Amazing live song.
 
i don't think any U2 song should be played EVERY night, but electric co has as much right as any, I hink it's incredible, along with 11 O'Clock and I threw a brick/day without me, one of U2's greatest ever live tracks.
 
I remember on the Chicago DVD during the Electric Co. solo I think Bono got a cup of water and poured it over Edge while he was practicing his awesomeness.
 
I hope they bring it back for the next tour. It was my personal highlight of the Vertigo tour. Should be a regular, like I Will Follow.
 
Always great to see the band turn the clocks back and play some of the stuff that made what they're today. :up:
 
One of their best songs from the old era IMHO. Can't get enough of that song. Lots of energy.

I liked the way they cranked up The Edge's Guitar solo on the Chicago DVD edit.
