14
Joshua Tree 1
Lovetown 1
ZOOTV indoor 1
ZOOROPA 4
POP 2
Elevation 5

I'll be seeing three shows this summer (Brussels, Amsterdam 1, Amsterdam 2)

currently at 10, will be at 12 after May

Zoo TV Tampa 10/10/92
Popmart Oakland 6/18/97
Popmart Oakland 6/19/97
Popmart Seattle 12/12/97
Elevation promo tour 12/5/00 Irving Plaza
Elevation Miami 3/24/01
Elevation Miami 3/26/01
Elevation Charlotte 3/29/01
Elevation South Bend 10/10/01
Elevation Atlanta 11/30/01

+ 2 more Vertigo shows on 1st leg for certain (both Philadelphia shows), maybe Paris as well and then at least 1 3rd leg.

11 total. 1 PopMart and 10 Elevation ( I had initially planned to see 3 or 4, I don't know what happened  )

I will be seeing between 3 and 6 Vertigo shows this time around. (well, on the first leg, I'm not sure I'll be around for the third one)

24 Concerts between 84 and 2001 plus Live Aid 85 TOTP Oct 2004 and Jonathan Ross Show Dec 2004 so 27 really plus 7 shows on Vertigo coming up

Manchester
London (1 & 2)
Glasgow
Dublin (both dates)
Cardiff

2 Popmart
1 Elevation
1 Vertigo so far anyway hopefully more on the 3rd leg.

15 shows! Cant wait for 3 more within the next 2 months! :hyper:

1 Joshua Tree
3 ZooTV
2 Zooropa
4 PopMart
7 Elevation

12 (plus at least 2 more upcoming)

UF - LA 3/5/85
JT - LA 4/17/87 - Oakland 11/14/87
Zoo TV - Sacramento 4/17/92 - LA 10/31/92 - Oakland 11/7/92
PopMart - Las Vegas 4/22/97 - Oakland 6/18/97 & 6/19/97
Elevation - San Jose 4/19/01 & 4/20/01 - Sacramento 11/20/01

Top show was San Jose 4/20/01....still the first time was the best....

If I am correct the first show I ever saw is when Bono first brought a fan up onstage to play guitar (it was for People Get Ready). Magical moment.

I love to talk about this...
So far I have seen U2 9 times...2 PopMart and 7 Elevation. My 10th aniversary show will be June 25th in Dublin (The Pilgrimage...YAY!!) Rest assured I am hoping that the rumours about 4 shows in Toronto on the 3rd leg are true. If they are, it will be a total of 14 shows by year's end.

Peace.

42...1st was 11/22/81 at the Ritz/NYC. I just got my tickets for the shows in Amsterdam. So after the 1st and second legs I'll be at 49:rockon:

This appears to be the record so far, and is completely remarkable -- though I confess, my first reaction was, "get a job" -- only out of jealousy:drool: though.

Seriously, you should write a book or something -- post your travels to the net somewhere.

Does anybody know of somebody past the 50 mark right now?

BTW - a lot better than reading the debate about one front man's alleged anger management issues.

Around 50 or so.

almost all of the UK War Tour shows as well as Phoenix Park, torhout/werchter the same year (can you tell I didn't have a job yet ?)

3 more on the 1st leg this year.

most of my friends that I hung out with on the last tour all have seen over 50 shows. I myself was one of the lower ones with 30 shows (3 pomart, the rest elevation). I do believe the record is this guy I knew who actually saw 102 elevation shows. Mind you that was more than some of their security guys, and I believe there were 112 shows total.

How in the world could anyone afford to do that?

And there were 113 Elevation shows, not 112.
