I had just missed you in PGP.
see you soon. I hope the dizzyiness while GO AWAY soon.
I once had more like vertigo getting up out of /into bed (and it was no Irishman making me 'swoon" either
) for about 2 weeks.
It was SCARY.
It was during the time I was rehabbing my rotator cuffmuscles/shoulder injury. I was making the transition from just below shoulder height arm exercisesz, to above.
It took a while to figure it out.....I did them too vigorously.
There is a muscle that attaches to the bottom of the shoulder blade- thjat goes all the way up to vertebrae c1/c2/?c3 (found that out by looking at my Anaotmy Coloring Book
>really!<).
In my <sp?> Chiropracty Info sheet- tif those vetebrae are too out-of-line the nerves tyhat get messed up can cause dizziness or vertigo.
It did go away after 2 weeks, and I have to be careful washing my hair, at the puter tec....it can happen to usually much lesser degree. Then I knoiw I haVE TO STOP HOW i AM DOING That particdular activity.
ANyway it sounds from your brief comment....yours could be ? inner ear stuff?
which ever it is (or something else)
good luck. DO try some therapy when you feel up to it.
