Elevation in Europe?

Just curious to those who saw the European Leg in Europe...Was the GA procedure still the same for the Heart? Were people hard-core about waiting in line? My greatest U2 experience was Zooropa 93, a GA stadium show in Spain where I waited all day and got about two rows away from the catwalk on a rainy night with 40,000 people. I would think that even if upcoming U2 shows are outdoors, they would still have GA?
