i abstain from betting after losing money on the world series

but i also made 200 from the sox/yanks series, so i wound up ok easily in the +. a bunch of kids at school wanted to give me odds when the sawx were down 0-3 and i took em...and got me a nice bit of loot.

i had 1 4-1-6 trifecta box in the John Deere Turf... 1-4-6 was in the lead comming down the stretch and the friggin 5 horse came out of no where to take the race... 1-4-6 finished 2-3-4, no money for me

Checking the results in the paper today, there were a couple of big winners (which I believe is the norm @ the Breeders) due to the quality Grade 1 fields.

I wonder if anyone hit the pick 6.......

I did see that a Pick 3 went for nearly 10,000....Not a bad day....

I not a huge better, but I do love thoroughbred racing. Did anyone catch Ghostzapper in the Classic? What a race!

yea i caught him... i also caught the 6 jumping into second place and ruining my trifecta for the second straight race
