some songs from the forthcoming album have leaked, and it's sounding FANTASTIC! from the sound of it, it's gonna be an amazing follow up the the asskicking 'silent alarm'.
i'd heard 'waiting for the 7.18' a while ago, and was pumped. saw them play it back in august, pumped some more. now i've heard 'i still remember' - holy shit that tune is absolutely gorgeous! my first impression of the album is a slightly more legato, slightly less staccato group of songs, a little of the pogoing, fistpumping energy transformed into swaying, melodic energy. feels good to be getting excited for a new release again. tuesday will be good. very very good...
