I'm heading down to Marco Island, FL in about a week. This is where Wilma came on shore. The damage wasn't that bad. Some wind damage, disruption of power, etc. The east coast had less strong winds, but had as much or more damage for some reason. Probably because they didn't prepare for Wilma, thinking it wasn't going to be a problem for them. I'm sure the concerts will go on as scheduled though as I don't think the damage was that severe in south Miami. I think most of the damage on the east coast was further north around Ft. Lauderdale/West Palm Beach. If you're worried, you should contact the AA arena, the airline your flying on and the hotel you're staying at to make sure there are no problems.
