I was at that show with a nearly last-minute 12th row ticket. It's no joke to say you could hear a pin drop. I think I forgot to breathe at one point. Absolutely stunning.
I have not come across any other recording.
Apparently it was at the offices of the Wall Street Journal
Twitter
Maybe he was giving an interview or has a friend there. There was an article about Spider-Man delays in today's online version.
I think I'd recognize him for sure if he wandered into my office. LOL. But on the street...this...
No, her ID badge tells me they use the same security system as my building (in NYC). I'm going to assume lots of buildings use that system. Because I can't handle it if Bono was actually IN the building where I work (a high-rise so he could be on any other floor and I'd never know).
Bono and...
Yes I noticed that they featured the band member whose birthday was in a particular month. My birthday is in March too so it was a birthday treat for me all month long! :applaud:
Which book does this refer to? Dave Fanning's book? The one entitled "The Thing Is..."? Indeed it is. :)
I'm going to have to move this up on my "to read" list.
Thanks...I became a fan and shared with friends. I have several in/near Boston who would go see them. I'd consider traveling from NYC if timing is right (e.g. a weekend show please!)
Watch "Moment of Surrender" from Rome, at the end when they are starting to go down the stairs at the back of the stage:

Ari, thanks for sharing your photos. I am bookmarking your photo album to return to it when I have more time to enjoy. Looks like you had a great time! :applaud:
Well, he's making ME laugh and so are these captions! Sometimes I wonder how the guys don't fall down laughing at some of Bono's antics. I could give myself a giggle fit on the subway just thinking of some of this stuff.
I showed that picture to a friend who is also a Sting fan and also has a thing for Adam and she said "I bet he can get his feet behind his head like Sting."
There's a caption in that but it's not coming to me. I'm trying too hard to think of it.
What the?
Great find!
Can't think of a caption because I'm still trying to figure out how he did it.
He must be doing yoga. Oh no, now I am thinking of Sting....I cannot think of Adam AND Sting within the same hour or my head will explode. :hyper:
Beautiful work here, Peter. Many thanks to you for telling your story and letting us see your photos. I am going to share your Flikr link with my friends.
Edited to add: wasn't sure if you'd be okay with me posting on Twitter, because my acct. is visible to anyone, but I shared with my friends...
