They are definitely not actors. Voices are AI generated. I dunno, they sound close enough to me. But you can tell when the AI has trouble with sounding human sometimes. That makes it even more funny to my ears. We live in strange times.

I found NLOTH a chore to listen to when it came out and it never grew on me. I rarely revisit it. Needless to say I haven't been too happy...
Hehe. I know right? It's very tempting to amplify one's own opinion with phrases like "everyone agrees," "the consensus is," "it's widely believed" etc. Especially with subjective stuff like this. And even more so if the so called consensus paints a picture, a narrative, that might explain...
Of course I'm right! :D
Well, anyway, regarding the talk of "this next album has to be the best ever or else" I think this is precisely the kind of attitude that U2 themselves have and as a result U2 has released relatively little the past 14 years.
Now, if you think the quality of the music...
I know, very little attention to detail and facts. :tsk:
Having said that, I kinda agree with the article regarding the "grand statement" cycle U2 has going. They need to get out of it. I wish U2 were more fleet footed. Spontaneous. Fast. Fun! Release EPs maybe. Anything to get out of...
Stingray is cool but the riff is very reminiscent of T Rex's "20th Century Boy" IMO. Then again, Zoo Station has a bit of "Bang a Gong (Get It On)" floating in there. Not a bad place to get inspiration, T Rex that is.
So Billboard was right? Oh no! :D
On the subject of U2's music making, and this has been said before, I really wish the guys (especially Bono) would stop caring so much about what's cool or relevant or what have you. If being relevant is the key pre-requisite for U2 existing then pack...

Yeah, I also get tired when people have different opinions than my own.
I thought only Zootopians got this rattled with any criticism leveled at U2. Come on, it's perfectly ok for others not to like what you like.
