One of my favourite places to see Bruce at; Has played some killer shows there the last few years and last years (Sept) show was the best of the whole tour

See there ya go. Bruce loves Joe Grushecky and the House Rockers, too. great band name, btw. Never caught Brooce there, but I can imagine it would be awesome in a specific way.

I DID happen to catch a certain reunion tour by a certain awesome band called Van Halen. When they reunited with Diamond Dave and simultaneously dropped Michael Anthony. Nevertheless, the show was at the Igloo, and the parking lot was like a middle aged version of 'Heavy Metal Parking Lot', myself included. Seats were awesome. The show was fantastic.

just remembered that dan rooney/former exec of the steelers was the former ambassador to ireland. i think he also had something to do with pittsburgh getting a show late in 2011. he died earlier this year. wonder if he'll get a mention tonight.

Pittsburgh is a strange market; an arena is an easy sell out, but a stadium show needs to pull from other places and during the week that's tough; State College/Harrisburg are a long way on a weeknight and everything North West (where a show would normally pull from) is going to head to Cleveland for the Saturday show;
I think most folks don't realise just how close Pittsburgh & Cleveland are (less than 150 miles)

PS are you sure the Browns play football? I know they put on all the appropriate gear and run out onto a field, but what they produce doesn't seem to be football.
