Nah, I mean George and Ouise. Weezy if you will.

I had to watch opening credits again and google search as I recall circle driveway, so it's close. 185 East 85th Street, off Third Avenue. So if you're going site seeing in NYC. It's not across the street, but you could see The King from your apt window down the block.

What is really important is I used to live near the opening of Head of the Class.

Technically speaking the building takes up the entire block, even if the address is really 85th street.

And this is officially the stupidest debate I've ever had, so I thank you for that :hi5:

Yes. The classic sitcom mad about you apt is on 5th avenue near Washington square park. I believe 13 street adjacent.

Yes, I'm sure headache and me will get together soon to talk deflated balls and fireworks. And also the classic sitcom Barney Miller located at the Greenwich Village's 12th Precinct station.

Was planning on exploring Brooklyn the day before the Thursday show. Never been over to Brooklyn before. Not sure whether to explore DUMBO or Williamsburg. Any suggestions?

Buy a day pass for the East River Ferry.

Start downtown at Wall Street and slowly make your way up the coast.

34th Street is the last stop... A 10 minute walk from MSG.

"Tickets Not Available Online" is still listed for MSG shows on TM since last night. The app works though.

It looks like thats only resale tickets through the app though.

Yep. Surprised they are not showing resale on the website, you'd think they'd want to unload those massively overpriced tix to panicky people, unless TM is panicking and working on re-pricing and/or returning them to the general on sale pool.

Official Platinum Seats are still available online, but not others - maybe they want to unload those first.

Maybe it's a firesale like in Die Hard 4.0. First step, kill the ticket brokers.

have i mentioned lately that i need a GA for show 8? 'cause I need a GA for show 8

Are you only going GA? I'm going twice and I think I'm too fat to stand for more than 2 shows and too short. Did I mention short?

You need to work out to go to GA sometimes. And I expect MSG to more crowded than other venues... why? Because.

Yea I'm only doing GA. Probably not the wisest of decisions considering I have heel issues and Achilles tendinitis. Alas, it's once every few years so I'll suck it up.

What is the sentiment here on re-sale prices holding up? I was scanning #8 / 7-31 and good Lord it's north of a boatload for anything decent.

I struggle to see how on the 8th show a lower level seat is still going to fetch $600, but who knows.

Pizza is very good at Patsy's or Grimaldi's in Manhattan but if you want great, go to Brooklyn- L & B Spumoni Gardens in Bensonhurst. Great outdoor spot, incredible Spumoni to finish off the meal. 30 minute subway ride from Manhattan.

L&B sicilian slice is the best there is.

It's so funny. I was born and raised in brooklyn, spent 25 years there. I never set foot once in Williamsburg and maybe in DUMBO once or twice growing up.(until college at least). They were both hell holes and now are yuppie central and "cool".
