They sent me an email saying the tickets were printed but I haven't received them yet...but I haven't checked the mailbox for a couple of days...must go and check. Do you have a seat or are you doing GA?
 
Just received the email confirming that the tickets have been printed.

Apparently Ticketmaster, coughishouldsayticketbastardinsteadcough, is cooperating and being very efficient with our U2 tickets. :rockon:

Hence, now officially the name changes from TICKETBASTARD to "Ticketmaster". :hmm:

I bought a GA, but I'm also looking at the Red Zone for this show. I might save my GA lines for cities where the temperature won't be 450 degrees.

Miami will be around 85-90 degrees during that day, I hope there will be some clouds but no rain.

GA's more fun than Red Zone....right???????? Don't you feel totally closer to the band on the front rail than off to the side in RZ? Have you done any true GA on the tour or all RZ and seats?

I was in the front rail between Bono and Adam for Dublin 3 and tip of outer rail for Raleigh. It was great, but a lot of time spent on line.

I will probably do a line for a couple of shows, but Miami is going to be brutal.
 
Just scored 4 GA's!!

Think this was the 1st time ever I got GA to a U2 show when tickets went on sale.
 
I'm lucky I was able to get my tickets. Not 10 seconds after I got the confirmation page, the IT guy had me restart my computer! :panic:

I didn't get to do my usual snooping of how great a pair of seats I could score after my purchase, either. :angry:
 
My niece tried getting GA this morning right at 10am and the wait was slow and the "sorry no matches found" came up at 10:04. Maybe she did something wrong. oh well I have mine from the presale.
 
Ok so there is a really good pair of tix on Craigslist for $300. Section 122! I think thats cheaper than face value. I'm thinking they are not hard tix, but bought online is there a way I can verify this if he gives me a code? I want these tix but I dont want to get scammed! Ideas?
Edit, I just texted he says that If I pay via Pay pa he can mail them to me priority mail.

I would not buy anything on the secondary market right now, particularly from Criagslist. That's insane.

You're making too much sense! lol. This sounds like a great deal. I just wish there was a way to verify it.
Edit: Actually I know theres a feature on Ticketmaster you can sell your tix there. I will ask if he can do that.

LOL! That's hilarious. I'll come and give you water when you are dying in the heat at 4 p.m.! Maybe we should bring our super soakers. LOL! I have to admit, it'll be weird not to be part of the GA fun times in Miami...it is such a big part of the whole experience. I plan on getting there early anyway.

Congrats to everybody who bought tickets!! I am so excited you all got some! and it sounds like it went smoothly! Hugh relief.

I was on ticketmaster earlier & tix in that area I think were like 250 each. I could be wrong but they were around the same area & v. expensive. That coulda been Redzone tho. I spoke with the guy on the phone he's saying we could do it through PayPal. He says they back up all sales and that He recieves the tix in a week. I've bought stuff off ebay before thru paypal I believe. I'll read their guidelines & stuff and I have a week to think it through. Thanks for the replies :)
