there are NO $32 GA tickets. Not at Toronto not anywhere.

Again, for people who havent bought yet:

SELECT your section 1st, then select the price. AFTER you select a section, the dollar amount pull down will only show tickets available in that section.

ie, if you pick GA 1st, then the dollar pull down will only show $55, in fact it greys out when there is no choice of $$ amount.

the location pull down is basically useless. just leave it on best available.

This is the way TM is always set up.

I successfully nabbed 4 GA's for Boston...whew. Got kicked out mid-stream twice before securing them, but it ultimately worked out fine.

Has anyone else noticed that you can't access the U2 tour dates on TicketMaster unless you link from the U2.com page? I linked from U2.com this morning and got 2 GA for Boston without any trouble. Now when I go onto Ticketmaster.com and try to search U2, it tells me that there are no listings for U2. Strange... but maybe helpful so that only U2.com members could get to the links for this morning?

I got section 129 in Toronto...but it put me in the back at row 40. I hesitated a moment, but thought I'd just snap them up for fear of losing them.

Did anyone else think the stage on the Rogers Centre seating map looked small?? It must be bigger than that...I remember Popmart in there and it was massive.

I bought the 32 dollar GA and know that my brain is working again , what's the difference between the 32 and the 52 GA??? (Hope I didn't get screwed)

Those of you that got GA tix, one quick question. I noticed that when you select your tickets, on one drop down you pick the type of ticket you want (like 1-4 tickets in GA, Mezzanine, etc), but then there is a SECOND drop down below that?

Example, when i choose GA in the top one, the bottom one then lets you pick either "best available" or GA - STANDING?

what's that all about? should i definitely make them both say GA? or should I set the second one to best avail? Help in a hurry if you can, i've got 47 mins to figure out the best strategy.:hyper:

so how much were GA's then?

Ok. I just bought GA's for Gillette. They were 57.50 before the fees. They say section FLD row GA. girlwcrimsonnls, look in your Ticketmaster account and see exactly what you bought to be sure.

OH no I didn't have a GA option because I picked 32 dollar option

Happiness is so short lived

see if you can cancel order online, if not call TM and get them switched. that might be your best bet since cancelling online might leave your U2 code useless if it doesnt register you cancelled. if you call you can /cancel switch all at once.

I have my Boots password which I know doesnt start until tomorrow night 6p (wed), but I also received one from the Meadowlands as well but there was no start time on that pre sale password. Any help or info would be much appreciated, I certainly dont want to miss any of the good stuff.

Got 2 GA tix for Toronto--CAD $57 each.

Yeah, the interface is a bit confusing, especially if, like most of us, we're doing a frenzied scramble to get the tickets bought before they get sold out, or--more likely--the site crashes on us. I would definitely suggest choosing seats based on section--i.e., General Admission, etc.--rather than by price, if you're looking to be in a specific place!

I'm guessing that the $32 seats are the really crappy seats high up in the stadium behind a pillar or something...heh.

Boston -- 2 GA 161.45

80.725 A PIECE

listed as 57.50

And I got so excited, I accidently charged my brother's card for U2 tickets as I used it to buy him some tickets last year and was so excited didn't notice. I called ticketmaster and tried to change it, but they could not have been less helpful. It was like talking to an unhelpful robot.

It doesn't matter, I just worry they would cancel my order because different names on card, but don't seem to care.

NY

I clicked around and for 250 I could sit in section 109, but I went for 128 for a total of 237 I got 2 tickets.... I don't know if that price is worth being a bit closer...

Does it make a difference if a GA has a row on it?

$44 for fees and shipping. Almost as much as the ticket

My GA ticket location for Gillette says "FLD5." But under the description it says "Price level 3 General Admission Standing Room on the Field. General Admission- No Ticketfast Permitted. GA Standing Full view." Does your GA say FLD5?

I'm going to try to get Chicago tixs. Quick question for those who already have their tickets--Did you go straight to ticketmaster and then enter your presale code or did you use the link in the email sent by U2.com?

Mine says FLD 5... but the first ones I pulled up said FLD 3, but then it messed up.... but it's General Admission. It means nothing. There are no seats...
