I really think they (fotographer oder Four5One) knew the cover - it's just too obvious (even the Larry Pose...) Perhaps they thougt nobody will notice it. This CD with the girls is from 2003 - and nobody listens to this crap anymore. You can buy the hole album new for 1 Euro and the used version for 1 Cent...

Man, give me a break. No, I'm not saying that "any picture of four guys in chairs" is a rip off of that photograph. Just look at the two pictures. Even if it was unintentional there are glaring similarities that go beyond just the fact that the subjects in both are sitting in chairs, for god's sake.

you can see how the girl that is on Larry's seat is a similar position. And the "Bono and Adam" girls are kinda closer to each other.
McGuiness could have been the girl on the back, but that might have looked ugly and they discarded it.
