I've been moving pics from PB to my personal website all day. I finally made it below the 500MB limit, which triggered this lovely email from PB:

Of course, I get all that and more on my personal website, except that I have full control over my album and pics. I was really tempted to fire back with a nasty letter, but I'm going to wait until I have everything off of PB first.

"We apologize for cutting your storage allowance in half, but..."
