whatever happened to the song "Novelty Act"--myth, reality, or mystery?

When ATYCLB came out, there was a rumor that a future b-side was a song called "Novelty Act." I remember I was tipped off to the info on a U2 message board (I think it was U2LOG.com). There was also 45 sec clip of the song. There were no vocals, but it was rockin'. I remember being so excited about it, but nothing ever came of it. Does anyone know what I am talking about? If you do, do you think that clip was really U2? Was "Novelty Act" a myth, reality, or a mystery? Your thoughts...

I dont remember there ever being a clip, not one that was ever proven to be U2 atleast.

I do remember how that was supposed to be a b-side though, they replaced it with Big Girls Are Best didnt they? I've never really liked that song. It's one of the few U2 songs I dont care for.
